Refund Policy


At Crepsilon Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services to our clients worldwide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for both domestic (India-based) and international clients.


1. General Principles

  • Refunds are considered only in cases where services have not been delivered as per the agreed scope, or due to a verified technical/operational issue on our side.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@crepsilon.com within the stipulated time frame mentioned below.
  • Refunds are processed only after review and approval by Crepsilon Technologies’ management.

2. Domestic Clients (India)

Software Services & Consulting:

  • Advance payments and milestone-based payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If services are canceled before commencement, up to 80% of the paid amount may be refunded after deducting administrative charges.

Training Programs:

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before the program start date – 100% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of program start – 50% refund.
  • Once training has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. International Clients

Software Services & Consulting:

  • Advance payments and milestone-based payments are non-refundable once project execution has begun.
  • If project cancellation occurs before commencement, up to 70% of the paid amount may be refunded (after deductions for administrative and currency conversion costs).

Training Programs (Online/Onsite):

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before the program start date – 100% refund (excluding bank/transfer charges).
  • Cancellation within 14 days of program start – 50% refund.
  • Once training has started, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment, subject to deduction of:
    • Applicable taxes,
    • Bank/transfer fees,
    • Administrative costs.

5. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be made in cases of:
    • Change of mind after service delivery.
    • Delays caused by client-side dependencies.
    • Breach of agreement terms by the client.
